He has worked in law firms and multinational companies in the telecommunications and construction consulting sectors. Likewise, he has participated in the structuring and contractual legal advice for projects and businesses in multiple sectors, including the ICT sector, Industry, Mining, Oil & Gas, Financial and Infrastructure.
Mónica has more than 11 years of experience, during which time she has worked successfully in different practice areas such as Public and Private Contractual, Corporate, Corporate Telecommunications Law, Infrastructure Law, among others.

Jenny Rincon

Jenny is a lawyer from the Externado de Colombia University. Master in Commercial and Business Law from the University of Buenos Aires (ARG).
He has worked in law firms and large companies in the automotive, consulting, construction, and ground and airport transportation sectors. Extensive experience as a corporate legal adviser and consultant in the negotiation of contracts, project structuring and attention to claims and litigation typical of this activity.
Jenny has more than 12 years of experience, during which time she has worked successfully in different practice areas such as Infrastructure Law, Consumer Law, Contract Law, Corporate Litigation and Arbitration, Transportation Concessions, among others.

María Angélica Ramírez

Abogada egresada de la Universidad Externado de Colombia, Magister en Derecho con énfasis en Responsabilidad Contractual, Extracontractual, Civil y del Estado, Especialista en Derecho Procesal Civil y Diplomada en Derecho Probatorio de la misma Universidad.
Abogada asesora, consultora y litigante con experiencia profesional de más de quince años en litigios civiles, comerciales y controversias contencioso administrativas, entre las que se incluyen, procesos por responsabilidad contractual y extracontractual civil y del Estado, medios de control por nulidad, nulidad y restablecimiento del derecho y reparación directa, procesos por competencia desleal y consumo; procesos jurisdiccionales, investigaciones administrativas y sancionatorias ante superintendencias y diversas autoridades administrativas; tribunales de arbitramento y asesorías y consultorías tanto en el sector público como en empresas privadas y firmas de abogados.
